Siti88 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Guide for Malaysian Users
Please read this document carefully before using the siti88 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to comply with all terms set out here.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the siti88 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other digital channel — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform. Continued use following any amendments to these terms will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and siti88 as the platform operator. All users must be at least 18 years of age to register and access any of the services offered.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted only one active account on the siti88 platform. Registration requires a valid Malaysian phone number for verification purposes. You are fully responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all activity that occurs under your account.
Siti88 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, including requesting identification documents for compliance and security purposes. Registration details provided must be accurate, current, and complete. Accounts registered with false or misleading information may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
- Never share your password with anyone.
- Contact support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Users are solely responsible for any weak or easily guessable passwords on their account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users are fully responsible for all activities carried out under their account. siti88 accepts no liability for any losses arising from account access granted by the user to a third party.
Users are also responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the local laws applicable in their area of residence.
Users are prohibited from using the siti88 platform for any illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or any action that could compromise the integrity of the platform.
- The use of bots or automated software to access the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses is strictly prohibited.
- Transferring funds between user accounts without authorisation is prohibited.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the siti88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Supported payment methods include local bank transfers via FPX, TNG eWallet, and other options listed in your account settings.
Deposits are processed within the designated timeframe upon successful transaction verification. The minimum deposit is RM30 unless otherwise stated on the current promotions page. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as your siti88 account.
Siti88 reserves the right to delay or cancel any transaction suspected of fraud or in violation of platform policies. In such cases, we will reach out to the user via their registered phone number or email for further verification.
Winnings from games or bets will be credited automatically to your account balance. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the relevant transaction date.
All amounts are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). siti88 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or third-party payment provider.
Limitation of Liability
Siti88 provides the platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. The platform may be subject to technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or issues beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, siti88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds, anticipated profits, or data.
Siti88's total liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.
Account Suspension & Closure
Siti88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- The user has violated any of the terms set out in this document.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation.
- Using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
- Registration details found to be false or misleading.
- Instructions from relevant authorities.
Upon legitimate account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the user once all reviews are complete, subject to deductions for any bonus that has not met wagering requirements.
Intellectual Property
All content on the siti88 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, interfaces, and layouts — is the exclusive property of siti88 or its respective licensors, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent from siti88. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Siti88 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction designated by siti88. Any disputes arising from these terms should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal action is taken.
